Fun
You have to enjoy what you are working on (the project in hand). If not, then you need to speak with your supervisor so that we can find you some other project that you would better enjoy working on.
We believe that you have to have fun and enjoy at least 80% of what you are working on to perform at it.
Community
We foster and reward team work and helping each other to get the project(s) completed.
We also value our mingle time, where we take a coffee-break in the middle of the hectic day to slow down and bond together.
Results
At the end of the day, we cannot just have fun and mingle with each other without having any results! Everything we do has to be result-oriented and we always make sure that everyone knows beforehand how their performance will be measured.

مرح
إذا لم تكن مستمتعاً في المشروع الذي تعمل عليه، عليك أن تخبر مديرك ليتم البحث في الموضوع لإيجاد مشاريع تتماشى مع ما تحب.
فإن لم تحب ما تعمل عليه (على الأقل 80% منه)، فلن تبدع. ونحن نسعى وراء إبداعك!
ترابط
نحرص دوماً على تشجيع التعاون بين أعضاء الفرق كلها حيث كلنا نعمل لتحقيق غاية واحدة ولإكمال مشروع معين.
ونحرص أيضاً على تخصيص وقت استراحة من العمل المثابر لنمنحكم فرصة للتعرف على بعضكم البعض.
نتائج
في نهاية المطاف، لن نقضي وقتنا الثمين ما بين الاستمتاع والمرح وبين استراحات التعارف من دون تحقيق نتائج ملموسة! فكل ما نفعله يصب في ركن النتائج. مما يستدعينا لتحديد معايير لقياس
أداء العمل، وللحرص على التأكد من انكم على يقينٍ من هذه المعايير.
